Overview

More and more winning companies around the world are setting up their own educational academies. Altech has done so because the company needs to develop its people, at all levels, from an entirely unique perspective. After all, Altech is unique, and the way in which Altech’s people are educated and trained must match that uniqueness.
The Altech Academy has therefore been set up to provide training that is specifically relevant to the company. As for the spectrum of people for whom these courses are suited, there are four groupings:
- Foundation programmes range from personal development to training in job-specific skills. The courses provide a foundation on which employees will be able to build their careers.
- General-management programmes develop every level of managerial skill needed within Altech. These courses are practical, specifically helping people to fill in the gaps in their skills.
- Senior- and middle-management development programmes provide formal education and training. People selected for these courses will become better equipped to interpret the Altech vision and provide the leadership required to achieve it.
- Executive development programmes expose executives to new concepts and tools based on a world viewpoint of business
