Ready, Set, Go....:
Selling today is a lot more challenging than before. Companies have to work much harder at closing deals and keeping customers.
With this in mind, the Altech Academy, in partnership with Da Vinci Institute, launched the Key Account Management Programme on Wednesday, 18 June 2008.
The programme consists of four modules:
- Managing the systems way
- Financial analysis and control (including budgets)
- Key account management
- Customer services management
The programme is spread over six months. Learning from each workshop is assessed by a post-module assignment. Upon successful completion of the programme delegates obtain 48 credits towards the Diploma in Management of Technology and Innovation.
